To our Guests

We want all our guests to enjoy their vacation experience, in order to do that  we have the following rules and guidelines you are required to abide by.

 Please remember all of the properties that we offer are privately owned homes, and or resorts.  Our Owners extend the right to you to enjoy what they have enjoyed.  Please respect their home and leave them just as you have found them.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 10:00 am
  • No Smoking in homes
  • You are using this property at your own risk
  • Swimming is at your own risk
  • Children must be supervised at all times
  • No unauthorized Pets
  • Stay on the property that you have rented, do not use neighbor’s property
  • Be considerate of the neighbors at all times
  • No colorful language, please
  • No unauthorized visitors without prior consent of Perfect Landing
  • No Unauthorized Early check in or Late check out
  • Bon Fires are only in designated areas and must not be left unattended
  • Overcrowding is not permitted
  • No fireworks
  • Absolutely no Glass is allowed on the beach
  • No underage drinking or parties
  • No Tents
  • No firearms
  • Septic System: Please dispose of other Garbage in Containers
  • Do not park on lawn
  • Do not leave wet towels on floor

Our homes or resorts are on septic systems, you cannot park on the lawn and you cannot overcrowd thehome, or Unit.  If you overcrowd the home/unit you overwork the septic system, it is a costly repair that you could be charged for, that is why each place is limited to the number of occupants. All Rules are strictly enforced if found in violation you will be charged.

 
Before you leave:

  • Check for all your belongings
  • Collect all garbage in home and yard and place in bins                                                                                             
  • Wash dirty dishes or place in dishwasher
  • Place all dirty linens in bathtub hamper or shower
  • Turn heat down to 55 degrees
  • Turn off any air conditioning units or fans
  • Secure the home or unit by locking all windows and doors
  • Put keys back in lock box
  • Have a safe drive home!
