All our homes/units are inspected prior to each rent

Fees that may apply:

• Cancellation fee: $100.00
• Lost Keys Replacement: $20.00
• Locked out of home/unit: $20.00
• Late Check out: $50.00
• Early Check in: $50.00
• Additional Cleaning Fee: Up to $250.00
• Carpet Cleaning: $225.00
• Spot Removal: $75.00
• Smoking violation: $125.00
• Unauthorized Pet Violation: $125.00
• Overcrowding violation: You will be asked to leave with no refund

Any damage caused by you your pet or guests: The owner of the home/unit and Perfect Landing Vacation Rentals & Real Estate, LLC Reserves the right to pursue legal remedy.

Hopefully you are the guests that we are looking for, people who respect other peoples property and the surrounding area, and who want the pure quiet enjoyment of the properties we offer.  If you are not we reserve the right not to rent to you again.
